On the 30st of November 2023, German LCAMP partners DHBW – Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg and FORCAM welcomed six industry experts from the training sector to their virtual event from the DHBW Heidenheim.
The gathering focused on the presentation of our Interim results of the project. The experts were informed about the current status of the Observatory and the competency model for LCAMP as well as the CLF – Collaborative Learning Factory and participation opportunities for companies within the CLF. Furthermore, within the framework of the expert group, a well-founded discussion was held with the representatives of the industry referring to the field of advanced manufacturing on the future competence requirements in this economic sector for current as well as future employees and changing or newly establishing occupational profiles.
