PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The aim of this project is to define the best machining strategy for critical parts, by means of a detailed analysis to optimise the production process.
To this end, an exhaustive study will be carried out in which the most suitable tools, clamping systems (pots) and optimal cutting conditions will be specified, guaranteeing precision, quality and efficiency in machining.
This development will improve manufacturing times, reduce tool wear and optimise the resources used, ensuring a more efficient and reliable process in the production of highly demanding parts.
Methodology
It has been a theoretical-practical methodology. First, their needs have been well identified and manufacturing programs have been created. To this end, the necessary resources have been identified and explained. Then, assistance has been provided in mechanization, and finally, theoretical explanations have been made, so that they can develop on their own in the future.
Requirements from the company
Parts manufactured according to the customer’s quality criteria specified in the drawings.
Acquire the knowledge to be able to carry out new programs
Resources
Heidenhain simulator
Results & Achievements
Parametric programs have been created and pilot parts have been manufactured for subsequent launch into serial production.
Mechanized parts and acquired basic knowledge
