LIFTING EQUIPMENT FOR CRANE-OPERATED LOAD LIFTING BY MEANS OF COMPRESSION

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Design, Prototyping and Manufacture of Tools for Heavy Lifting Systems in Crane Facilities.

The aim of this project is the design, development and manufacture of specialised tools for the handling and lifting of heavy loads in industrial installations that use crane systems.

The initiative covers from the conceptual and design phase, through the manufacture of prototypes, to the final production of the tools, ensuring their strength, safety and operational efficiency. A detailed analysis of the technical and regulatory requirements will be carried out to ensure feasibility and compliance with the safety and quality standards required in industrial environments.

In addition, the use of high-strength materials and advanced manufacturing processes to optimise the durability and performance of the developed systems is foreseen. Mechanical tests and functional tests will be carried out in order to validate the operability and reliability of the prototypes before their implementation in real environments.

This project seeks to improve efficiency in the lifting and handling of heavy loads, reducing risks and optimising processes in industrial facilities that require crane lifting systems.
