This project aims to establish a real, operational container café as a Smart Collaborative Learning Factory (SCLF) to provide multidisciplinary VET students with hands-on experience in the full business value chain—from design and sustainable installation (using solar energy and efficient systems) to daily management, marketing, and IT integration—while fostering entrepreneurship, teamwork, and real-world problem-solving skills through the ETHAZI methodology.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT
