The Container Café SCLF – A Smart Collaborative Learning Factory for a Real Business Venture

This project aims to establish a real, operational container café as a Smart Collaborative Learning Factory (SCLF) to provide multidisciplinary VET students with hands-on experience in the full business value chain—from design and sustainable installation (using solar energy and efficient systems) to daily management, marketing, and IT integration—while fostering entrepreneurship, teamwork, and real-world problem-solving skills through the ETHAZI methodology.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT

To create a real, operational container café as a multidisciplinary Smart Collaborative Learning Factory (SCLF) within the school environment.

To provide hands-on, end-to-end business experience to VET students in commerce, renewable energy, IT, and administration.

To integrate sustainable technologies such as solar energy, efficient water systems, and digital solutions into a real business model.

To apply the ETHAZI methodology to foster entrepreneurship, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through project-based learning.

To connect theoretical education with practical, real-world business operations to enhance student employability and readiness for the labor market.
