PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Easo Politeknikoa’s SCLF project develops the complete process for designing, manufacturing, and digitalizing personalized leather keychains as school merchandise, simulating an industrial production process through automated pneumatic stamping. The project fosters collaboration among three main cycles—Mechanical Design, Machining, and Electrical Installations and Automation—and utilizes advanced Industry 4.0 technologies, including collaborative robots, PLCs, ERP systems, and augmented reality, to train students in a realistic industrial environment. By implementing the entire value chain from design to final assembly and incorporating digital twins, quality control, and sustainable practices, it enables students to develop competencies in advanced manufacturing while producing actual school promotional products.
