On 22 October 2025, an event within the framework of the LCAMP was held at the Nova Gorica School Centre, Higher Vocational School (Slovenia).
The meeting brought together 27 companies from different sectors to discuss the needs of the labour market and explore new opportunities for cooperation between educational institutions and the economy.
Discussing Skills for Advanced Manufacturing
During the event, the project team presented the ADMA (Advanced Manufacturing) scans, designed to assess the maturity of companies in key innovation areas, including:
- Advanced manufacturing technologies
- Digital and ecological factory models
- Customer involvement in development processes
- Employee-centred approaches
- Smart production systems
- Open and innovative factories within value chains
The meeting emphasised the importance of strengthening links between education and industry to ensure that learning pathways, micro-credentials, and innovative teaching methods reflect the evolving needs of the labour market—especially in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
By participating in the LCAMP project, the Slovenian higher education and vocational community contributes to the creation of advanced learning environments that foster knowledge growth, innovation, and competitiveness across Europe.
