CONTROL OF START-UP AND OPERATION OF CONVENTIONAL LATHES AND MILLING MACHINES

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The aim of this project is to implement a control and digitalisation system in conventional lathes and milling machines, allowing real-time monitoring of their presence, absence and location within the work environment.

To this end, a detailed design of the necessary connections between the different supports and devices involved in the process will be developed, guaranteeing an efficient and safe integration of the monitoring system. The digitisation of these machines will optimise their operational management, improve resource planning and increase the efficiency of the machining processes.

In addition, a compatibility study will be carried out with existing infrastructures, ensuring the correct implementation of sensors and communication systems that facilitate the collection and analysis of data in real time.

This project represents a step forward in the modernisation of conventional equipment through the incorporation of digital technologies, contributing to the optimisation of industrial processes and improving traceability in the use of machinery.
