Cybersecurity Training in Learning Factory Environments at IES Zubiri Manteo BHI

On 11 December, a training session on cybersecurity applied to Learning Factory environments took place at IES Zubiri Manteo BHI (Donostia – San Sebastián), with the participation of 22 teachers from the Euskadi VET network. The attendees, who teach in intermediate and higher-level vocational training cycles and specialization courses in cybersecurity, explored advanced digital competencies within the LCAMP project.

The event was opened by Esther Davó, Director of IES Zubiri Manteo BHI, and Inge Gorostiaga, Director of Digital Transformation and Advanced Learning of the Basque Government, who emphasised the importance of strengthening digital skills and promoting industry-connected learning models.

During the session, participants deepened their knowledge of key cybersecurity concepts and current challenges while strengthening collaboration among centres and project stakeholders, essential for implementing the LCAMP vision in Euskadi.

This training is part of the Euskadi VET network’s ongoing efforts to integrate advanced simulation and Learning Factory environments into vocational education, reinforcing alignment between education and industry needs.
