LCAMP is supporting businesses in Mecanic Vallée with tailored audits and action plans to accelerate their transition to Advanced Manufacturing 4.0.
LCAMP offers industrial companies an in-depth audit to assess their strengths and areas for improvement in key areas such as workforce skills, digitalization, environmental impact, and energy consumption.
Following the audit, businesses can focus on specific areas for development. They also have the opportunity to receive guidance through:
- A transformation plan to define key focus areas and strategic directions
- An implementation plan outlining concrete actions and potential funding opportunities
So far, Mecanic Vallée has conducted audits for 16 companies, with support from students in work-study programs from IUT Limoges (GMP – Mechanical and Production Engineering) and IUT Rodez (QLIO – Industrial Logistics and Quality). Four companies have now moved on to the next phase of their transformation journey.
By bridging the gap between education and industry, LCAMP is driving innovation and competitiveness in advanced manufacturing across Europe.
