Development of an Automated and Digitalized Production Line for Wireless Mouse Assembly

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project involves creating a Smart Connected Learning Factory for an automated wireless mouse assembly line. It encompasses the entire value chain from designing components and processes to establishing automated production with full digital traceability.

The SCLF integrates industrial mechatronics, mechanical design, and collaborative robotics cycles. It utilizes advanced technologies including connected CNC machines, 3D printers, AI vision, and RFID to create digital twins and ensure a seamless, digitalized production flow from supply chain to final assembly.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT

Design and implement a fully automated production line for wireless mouse assembly.

Integrate the entire manufacturing value chain from component design to final assembly.

Establish full digital traceability using MES/ERP systems and RFID technology.

Create and implement digital twins for automated processes and production lines.

Embed Industry 4.0 technologies and methodologies into the vocational training curriculum.
