PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The CMQE Industrie du Futur has supported the implementation of the Arkite augmented-reality assembly assistance technology at its partner institution, the Lycée Polyvalent La Découverte.
This system provides real-time, step-by-step guidance to students during assembly tasks, using augmented-reality projections to improve precision and reduce errors.
The technology enables STI2D students to engage with advanced industrial tools commonly used in modern production environments. It creates immersive and contextualised learning situations, helping learners understand industrial workflows and quality requirements.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT
Introduce advanced Industry 4.0 technologies into the high school’s training environment.
Develop practical skills aligned with modern industrial processes, including workflow understanding and quality control.
Promote cooperation with other French and European training centres using Arkite or similar solutions.
Better prepare students for the expectations of digitalised and automated industries, reinforcing the relevance of their training.
