LCAMP Presented at the “Industry of the Future” Meeting in Decazeville

On Tuesday, 2 December, LCAMP was showcased during the Industry of the Future Meeting organised by the Campus des Métiers et des Qualifications de l’Industrie du Futur, held at the Laminoir Hall in Decazeville, France.

The event brought together all partners involved in the Programme d’Investissement d’Avenir (PIA) of the Campus. Each stakeholder hosted a stand to highlight ongoing actions and strategic projects aimed at strengthening skills, innovation and competitiveness within the industrial ecosystem.

As the lead organisation for two PIA action programmes, Mecanic Vallée took the opportunity to present the LCAMP project to Ms Catherine Lupion, Sub-Prefect of the region.

During the first round-table discussion, Hervé Danton, General Delegate of Mecanic Vallée, emphasised the importance of collaboration and shared ambition. He recalled that the success of the Campus and the acquisition of PIA funding were not guaranteed at the outset, but were achieved through sustained collective effort. This achievement, now extending to European cooperation through projects such as LCAMP, clearly demonstrates the value and effectiveness of working together across territories and borders.
