In this Privacy Policy, the LCAMP: Learner Centric Advanced Manufacturing Platform for CoVEs (LCAMP) consortium provides information about the collection, use, disclosure, and transfer of Personal Data from visitors to the https://lcamp.eu/ website. The website has been developed externally to the LCAMP partnership by KIC. The website is jointly managed by EARLALL aisbl (LCAMP dissemination partner, based in Belgium) and TKNIKA – Basque VET Research Centre (LCAMP project coordinator, based in Spain), which remain responsible of the adequacy and compliance of all contents published on it. Who is concerned by this privacy policy

This Privacy Notice mainly covers the collection and processing of Personal Data of the LCAMP website visitors, newsletter subscribers and those registering to events organised or co‑organised within the scope of the LCAMP project, as well as people that the LCAMP project consortium engages with, in the framework of its mission and activities.

The LCAMP consortium keeps your data for as long as your relationship with the LCAMP consortium or any of its partners persists (e.g. if you are a newsletter subscriber). In the case of attending to an event organised by LCAMP your Personal Data will be deleted 12 months following the end of the event. This is without prejudice to specific limitation periods foreseen by law allowing to conserve Personal Data for longer periods of time.

If you would like to update the Personal Data provided when registering to the LCAMP newsletter, please write an email to communication@earlall.eu. You can change your mind at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you receive from us, or by contacting us at communication@earlall.eu.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to and receive information about the Personal Data we maintain about you, update and correct inaccuracies in your Personal Data, and have the Personal Data blocked or deleted, as appropriate. You also may have the right to object to our processing of your Personal Data and withdraw your consent to our processing of your Personal Data at any time.
